AnswerSlot is operated by Bonsai Marketing. By running an assessment you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, do not use it.
What the assessment is
A readiness measurement. It reports how clearly AI systems can read and reference a business based on public signals, and records what a model answered at the moment we asked. It is not a ranking, and it is not a forecast.
What it is not
Not a guarantee of placement, visibility, calls, or revenue in Gemini, ChatGPT, Siri, Google AI Overviews, or any other platform. Those platforms decide who they name, on their own criteria, and they change. A model asked the same question tomorrow may answer differently.
Using it
Assess businesses you own or are authorised to act for, or businesses whose public information you have a legitimate reason to look at. Do not scrape the site, run automated bulk requests against it, attempt to reach data you have not been given access to, or resell assessments as your own product without a written agreement with us. We may decline or stop serving a request that looks abusive.
Availability
The assessment depends on third-party services, chiefly Google’s. When one of them is unavailable or rate-limited, part of an assessment may be unavailable too. We mark what we could not measure rather than guessing at it. We do not promise uninterrupted service and may change or withdraw the tool.
Accuracy
We report what we measured and mark clearly what we could not. Public data sources are occasionally incomplete or stale, and a business that believes a finding is wrong is welcome to tell us so — we will look at it and correct the record where it is wrong.

The AnswerSlot Score is our own measurement and is not produced or endorsed by Google, Apple, OpenAI, or Perplexity. All marks belong to their owners and are referenced descriptively only. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.
Liability
The assessment is provided as-is. Decisions you make on the strength of it are yours. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it, and our total liability for any claim relating to a free assessment is limited to nothing having been paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of Sonoma County, California have jurisdiction over any dispute.
